Everything you need to know before booking.

When do deliveries start?
We begin deliveries in late September and run through October 31 for Halloween displays. Thanksgiving refresh orders run November 1–20.
How long does installation take?
Most installs take 20–40 minutes depending on package size. You don't need to be home. Just let us know if there are any gate codes or access notes, and we'll text you a photo when we're done.
Where are the pumpkins sourced?
We source California-grown pumpkins from regional farms, prioritizing heirloom and specialty varieties alongside classic carving pumpkins. All pumpkins are selected fresh within days of your delivery.
Can I customize my display?
Absolutely. Every display is styled to your specific porch. At booking, tell us your preferences: color palette (classic orange, white/neutral, mixed), style (abundant vs. minimal, modern vs. traditional), and we'll design around them.
Do you offer gift orders?
Yes! Add the gift package at checkout for a handwritten note, bow, and gift card. We'll deliver and style directly to your recipient's home, making it the most unique housewarming or "just because" gift in the neighborhood.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is collected at booking confirmation (via Venmo, Zelle, or credit card through Square). The remaining balance is due on delivery day.
Do you serve HOAs or businesses?
Yes. We offer custom quotes for HOA common areas, business entrances, schools, and multi-property orders. Contact us directly for a custom proposal.
What if it rains or I need to reschedule?
Los Angeles fall weather is almost always beautiful, but we maintain a flexible reschedule policy. Life happens, so just give us 48 hours notice and we'll find a new window that works.
